Must be able to set grade and shoot grade using a TBM.
Set up a pipe laser and figure grade from the plans and understand the drawings.
Set storm structures and be able to read shop drawings for the storm.
Be able to lay water line and fittings, valves, and testing.

Must be able to grade and lay sewer for testing of sewer and manholes.
